Our website operates on an exchange or store-credit basis, subject to our Returns & Cancellation Policy.
Store Credit
Where an eligible transaction qualifies for store credit, the store credit may be issued after the applicable product/order has been inspected and approved.
Store credit can be used towards a future purchase from Mayur Shoes, subject to applicable terms.
Exchange
Eligible products may be exchanged for another size or product, subject to availability.
If the replacement product has a higher value, the customer must pay the difference.
If the replacement product has a lower value, the balance may be provided as store credit.
Sale & Discounted Products
Products purchased during sales, clearance or discounted promotions are not eligible for refunds, exchanges or store credit and are considered final sale.
Defective Products
Claims relating to manufacturing defects will be assessed according to our Returns & Cancellation Policy.
For branded products, the product may need to be examined by the respective brand/company before a resolution can be determined.
