At Mayur Shoes, we carefully inspect every order before dispatch to ensure that you receive your product in good condition. We do not accept returns for refunds; however, eligible products may be exchanged subject to the conditions stated in this policy. To be eligible for an exchange, the product must be unused and unworn, remain in its original condition, and have the original box, packaging, tags, and accessories intact. The product must not have any signs of use, dirt, stains, scratches, or damage. Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of delivery, and proof of purchase or order details must be provided. All exchange requests are subject to inspection and approval by Mayur Shoes.

For an approved exchange, customers may choose another size or product, subject to availability, or receive store credit for the eligible purchase value. If the replacement product costs more, the difference must be paid by the customer. If the replacement product costs less, the balance will be provided as store credit. Products purchased during sales, clearance, special offers, or discounted promotions are not eligible for exchange, return, or store credit, and all such purchases are considered final sale.

Orders may be cancelled only before the order has been dispatched. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. Approved cancellations will not be eligible for monetary refunds and may be processed through store credit, where applicable. If you receive a product that is damaged or appears to have a manufacturing defect, please contact us promptly with your order details and photographs or videos of the issue. For branded footwear, suspected manufacturing defects may need to be submitted to the respective brand or company for inspection or quality assessment. The final resolution will depend on the brand’s inspection and applicable policy. Normal wear and tear, improper use, accidental damage, or damage caused after delivery will not be considered a manufacturing defect. Mayur Shoes reserves the right to refuse an exchange if the product does not meet the conditions stated in this policy.
